POWER: Doppleganger. He can copy a person's appearance and their physical fighting style, regardless of gender. Male or female, he can copy them. The flaw to this is that he cannot copy a person's elemental power

When Rumaxom was Mamoru, he was an entertainer from the Far East that joined the gypsy troupes. He wasn't a very good entertainer compared to the troupe he was with, and often made fun of by the others. The troupe wasn't able to survive when Frollo captured them (Frollo had gained control over the heartless thanks to Maleficent) and had them executed. Mamoru swore to the priest that he would return, and have his exact revenge. It was through this rage that Rumaxom was born, and he began to execute anyone who resembled the priest or the troupe of his somebody days

He's very logical, somewhat standoffish, and sadistic (in thanks to his power). One of his favorite things to do is to manipulate others with his power and beat them down when they are at their weakest. He cannot stand stupidity, and likes to work alone. These personal traits of his can make it hard for him to get along with other nobodies.
